Welcome to Precision tools online. We are a small, family based engineering business situated in Leicestershire. We are tooling engineers with Production capacity and as well as repairs we are Toolmakers with the expertise for Manufacturing Quantities Conventionally or CNC.

A COMPLETE SERVICE TO ENGINEERING

We offer immediate capacity for sub-contract machining. Our tooling service covers Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges, Templates, Prototypes and Experimentals, including Form Tools, either ground high speed steel or brazed carbide specials.

Our machine capacity includes turning, milling, vertical milling, jig boring, surface grinding, CNC vertical milling and turning, band sawing and welding.

We have a design service where a component is required in sufficient quantity to call for tooling and fixturing.

1. Brake Discs and Drums skimmed at relatively low cost.

2. Flywheels skimmed for Clutch Facings.

3. Cylinder Heads skimmed to remove distortion.

4. Custom Car work undertaken and special brackets made.

5. Axle Narrowing for those who wish to fit larger wheels etc.

6. Suspensions stiffened and reinforced.

7. Motorcycle work also undertaken.

8. Special Alloy fittings and Modifications.
